By creating an account or using the Zien platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and hold the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of our services by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
2. Platform Access and Use
Zien grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our autonomous real estate intelligence engine for your professional real estate business.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Prohibited Conduct: You may not use Zien for any illegal purposes, reverse engineer our AI models, or attempt to disrupt the platform's security.
- System Fair Use: We reserve the right to limit API calls or compute resources if usage is deemed excessive or non-compliant with your subscription tier.
3. Intellectual Property
The Zien platform, including its proprietary AI algorithms, brand design, and data hub interfaces, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Zien Technologies.
4. Generated Content
Users of Zien are responsible for the AI-generated content (images, descriptions, social posts) distributed through the platform. Zien provides moderation tools but does not guarantee the accuracy or legal compliance of generated assets in all jurisdictions.
5. Subscription and Payments
Fees for Zien services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Services are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of platform access.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zien Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the performance of our AI engines.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Zien at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or Zien Technologies.
